Not too long ago, I set out on a mission to transform our family life - one that would create more balance, deeper connection, and a nurturing space for our three boys to thrive. Inspired by Gretchen Rubin’s The Happiness Project, I launched my own year-long experiment: The Wise Parenting Project.
For 12 months, our home became a living lab. I tested research-backed parenting tools, tried out new strategies, and explored mindset shifts - all in real time, with real challenges and real breakthroughs.
This blog series is where I share what worked, what didn’t, and the surprising insights I uncovered along the way. I hope these stories support and inspire you to parent with more intention, wisdom, and heart.
Timeless principles that guide my parenting philosophy.
Practical changes I made to transform family life.
Reflections, insights, and lessons from my journey.
