It’s impossible to be 100% prepared for parenthood, but we all want our children to thrive in life.
Before me and Dawid started our “parenting career” we had loads of discussion on how we want to raise kids. That time we’ve agreed on our key principles/goals: we want to be the best parents for them and the most importantly we want our children to be the best version of themselves. Not perfect, but the best.
Now we have 3 young boys and see that they are the reflection of ourselves (and of course they have unique personalities). And we know for sure that if we want our kids to be happy, successful and independent human beings, we should set a good example for them. So it all starts with us as parents.
We have searched for more information, as we wanted to understand if our own habits, family patterns, cultural approaches to upbringing are the best options. Reading. Observing. Reflecting.
For the last few years we’ve been discussing loads of interesting research, ideas and concepts. We’ve implemented several strategies and can see already significant results in all aspects of our lives.
We are still on our learning path, but decided to share our scientific and philosophical discoveries and wisdom from other researchers (most of them apparently happened to be parents as well) to help other parents like us to concentrate on what is really important 🙂
Loads of love,
